需要联系支持？在 Mac App 中打开「设置 → 支持」，或「帮助 → 联系支持」。可以先查看诊断内容，再选择是否附上。
先试听，再开启全局声音
App 内的声音预览不需要输入监控权限。想在其他应用中听到打字音效，请开启全局音效，并在「系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 输入监控」中授权；按 App 提示检查连接，如系统要求则退出并重新打开 App。
听不到，或输出不对？
检查 App 总开关、暂停状态、App 与系统音量、所选输出设备、仅耳机播放设置，以及当前应用是否在暂停规则内。安全输入状态下会暂停响应。蓝牙设备可能增加输出延迟，可以对比内置扬声器或有线耳机。
桌边伙伴与打字足迹
猫狗伙伴的声音可以独立控制。打字足迹默认关闭；开启后仅在本机汇总按键次数与时段，不保存输入文字或有序按键序列。分享卡只有在你主动保存、复制或分享时才会导出。
English support
Open Settings → Support, or Help → Contact support in the Mac app. Sound previews work without Input Monitoring permission. For sounds in other apps, enable global sound and grant Input Monitoring in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Check pause rules, headphone-only mode, audio output and volume if playback is silent. Bluetooth devices may add latency.
Typing Footprints is optional and off by default. It stores only local counts and hourly aggregates, never typed text or ordered key sequences. Diagnostics are optional and can be reviewed before sending.
